IT Project Manager

  • Collect data & information for each project. 

  • Use computer systems to set up functions, enter data, or process information and provide the most efficient solutions to each projects. 

  • Design work breakdown structures, project tracking, and generation of variance reports.

  • Evaluate projects design documentation and schedule for project opportunities and risks with the team. 

  • Construct three-dimensional models for various purposes and flag potential issues.

  • Establish and implement project communication plan, providing status updates to management.

  • Assist with upgrading information security of the company's projects.

  • Master's degree in IT Management, Computer Information Systems, Computer information Management or related field.

Financial Analyst 

  • Assists with the budgeting process

  • Comfortable interacting with lenders, sellers, buyers, and other team members

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial and operating reports including but not limited to monthly operating statements, forecasts, monthly variance analysis, and budget data

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range for each project
